The Exceptional Growth Programme

 I was fortunate enough to reach out to Wendy whilst preparing for a new role within professional services after a successful career in the public sector. I had come to a point in my career that whilst I was consistently achieving, I was suffering from significant anxiety and lack of confidence. I was attracted to Wendy as a coach due to the broad range of coaching skills she has in her locker coupled a strong background in people and leadership development within industry. However, as a serial achiever who does not like to ask for help, I was reluctant to make contact but thank goodness I did. After an initial conversation with Wendy it set the tone for one of the best development experiences of my career. Wendy was able to immediately identify a series of tailored options to tackle the underling root causes driving my anxiety and confidence problems. Throughout the coaching Wendy flexed to change how and what we covered with a laser focus on delivering a successful outcome for me as an individual. The final session we had together was face to face and focused on timeline therapy. For someone that can be slightly cynical I was overwhelmed with how I felt after completing this. A complete sense of mental clarity and the clear removal of a series of limiting beliefs. On commencement of my job I was nicely nervous but excited and had none of the normal imposter syndrome thoughts or behaviours I normally would. In essence, I was able to take my true self to work. More importantly, my family have noticed a clear change in how happier I am away from the office as I am not constantly worrying and over analysing what I am doing. In short, my only regret is that I did not do this earlier in my career.
