As part of your #LeadersReflections think about what it is costing you to ignore the behaviour of that one toxic employee. It'll cost you more than you realise believe me!
Please remember that the continuum of sexual violence can start with seemingly minor behaviours such as inappropriate comments, nicknames, so called banter or unwanted advances, before escalating to more severe forms of sexual violence, sexual assault and rape.
Therefore your prevention efforts MUST address all forms of inappropriate behaviour at the beginning of the continuum to prevent escalation and protect women and men from harm.
